A talking jedi mouse becoming a jedi master, defeating droids?

This is pretty strange honestly.

Mind mind just exploded with pure awesomeness.

Heroic BSOD.
My brain just shut down and needed to be rebooted.

I've always resented the way Mickey is always pushed to centre stage.
They way it's written, it's like he is the only character who really matters and everyone else is just window dressing to that goal.

And maybe you would get away with that in Disney Specific cartoons, but it's not acceptible for serious concepts, like Star Wars.

But you think they'd draw the line at putting him into a franchise which has nothing to do with him.
Even if it's just for novelty value.

What's next? Goofy as Chewbacca?

I have to agree with you, it's always that way.
I was thinking he would be more along the lines of Jar Jar. -_- Not to say that goofy is useless, just a side character, that should receive the same treatment.

Goofy isn't too bad.

If you think about it Jedi Mickey should never have been conceived. Micky is full of heart, shows a full range of emotions, and acts on spur of the moment decisions. In reality he is more a candidate for the dark side.

Or at least te way I see it. Now Tron on the other hand....

I aagree with buckmana on this one. These two should have never mixed.
