I don't think it's entirely true, like things like the machines causing some of this, Cars taking place with Wall-E, the Monsters Inc. door being time traveling doors, and Boo being the witch from Brave is REALLY far-fetched.

I have read this theory and I love it, especially the Boo part, about how she is the old witch in Brave. Honestly, without knowing about monsters, when she was old enough to realize Sully isn't a cat, the most logical assumption Boo could make, would be that Sully is a bear, the old woman in Brave is obsessed with bears, and the doors theory fits so perfectly with how doors in Monster's & Brave work (at least for the Witch in Brave).
