D23 Geek of the Week

So I never got to share this somewhere before and figured this would be the perfect place to share it! Although it isn't DI related it is Disney! A while back (A couple of years now actually) I joined D23, Disney's official fan club. After being a member for a year or so I was emailed by one of D23s higher ups asking if I wanted to be featured on their website. How could I say no? So here is a link to the result of that exchange. Very cool Logan. I was thinking of joining D23, is it worth it for someone who will only make it out to the parks once a year?

Oh yea! I am lucky to go to the parks once every two years! It actually has very little benefit at the parks. You only get discounts at third party locations in the park (ie downtown disney). The biggest benefit are the gorgeous magazine that comes with the Gold membership, discounted tickets to the D23 Expo (along with early access to the show floor of the event.) you should check out D23's website for more details.
