Duplicate Round Power Discs Doubling the Power?

So I heard if you have double round power discs and you stack them on top of eachother it doubles the power for the character?

Can anyone confirm this. I have two Aladdin ones now, and wanted to know before tossing.

So I have two of the prices of eight round discs (pirates) it increases economy by 10%. When I put 2 it increases by another 10% (total of 20%). But unlike other disc combos it doesn't give a synergistic effect (extra power boost) like other disc combos

Any of the round discs will double up on each other, but will not produce a third alchy effect.

This is a great and quick way to get a tone of cash or sparks real quick!

How do you tell what the third effect is? I put CHROME and Felix under Mr Incredible, and they both registered as active, but I didn't see a third power listed.
