Crystal area?

Where is the area where my crystal figures get displayed, i looked around with my level 1 crystal mqueen but nothing!
Nothing starts until you take action! If you have time to worry, then run!

When you spawn in the Hall of Heroes turn around. There are pedestals they will show up on.

^I saw those pedestals, but I have the Crystal McQueen and nothing shows up there.

^It needs to be at least level 1. You then need to drive/walk by it, and can also drive by the pedestal in the coliseum and you'll get credit for the regular McQueen too.
