discuss Chest Glitches in here please

so i was playing yesterday and opened a chest, but it didn't tell me what i got

A TB chest or a Play Set one? Which Play Set?

it was a Toy Box Chest for Anna

I'd check the Collection screen.

I was playing the incredible because I finally got Mrs incredible so I wanted to unlock her chests but they were already open but I never even had used her before same thing with violet and I don't even own violet

I'm having a chest glitch in MU, too.

I had that problem with Toy Story in Space. I was able to fix it on my PS3 by deleting my User Profile, but I don't know how you'd delete save data on a Xbox. I don't think you'd want to do that if you have heaps of toys unlocked though

The Monument of Heroes is the only thing I'm missing from Incredibles. I found out it's in a chest, only I can confirm for a fact every chest is open and the city is exhausted of collectibles. Still it doesn't show the Monument of Heroes in my collection. I considered just restarting the Incredibles play set, but I know the chests you've already opened, stay opened because all your toybox items from that play set remain unlocked. That's why I fear this glitch can't be fixed unless I erase my entire game data, and I sure as hell won't do that seeing as I have all the stars from every play set and every single toybox item except for the missing Incredibles item and the Phineas and Ferb items.

I mean I can try to restart Incredibles play set, but I wonder if this is a permanent glitch.

Is there any advice that anyone here can suggest at all? I know it's not necessarily a huge deal of an item but it will always be bugging me to see my entire toybox collection complete except for one item.

The chests unlock different items each time from a pre defined selection of items. I'm missing Edna Mode... again the Playset is empty of chests and capsules. I think it's a glitch too
