Wii U Wiimote

Has anyone seen any videos of multiplayer wii u? It looks like I have no choice but to get it for the wii u but my girlfriend and I are pretty bummed that the second player will be required to use the wiimote. I just want to see it being used in action. I'm guessing the nun chuck will be used to move around? Will there be motion controls as well? It's very frustrating that the pro controller will not be supported.

I was thinking about this too as I only have a Wii not a Wii U so I was wondering how the game mechanics would work especially driving in the cars playset.

yes, you can use only the remote, or remote+nunchuck, i saw it at my local best buy at the wiiu demo thingy

Yeah but is is motion controlled? For instance, would you swipe down to attack or turn it on its side to drive?

I hope it isn't motion controlled, I would find it too annoying!

Agreed^ I don't want any motion control at all...I just want the same multiplayer experience that Xbox and ps3 people are getting. My girlfriend already isn't too high on motion controls and the amount of time I have to play this game will depend on how much fun she has playing it. I am more than just a little concerned with this.
