Villains play in playset mode

I curious how the villains game play will work in the playset mode. For example if I am playing the incredibles playset and switch my figure/character from Mr Incredible to Syndrome will I have a different set of missions or will I continue the same missions as the heros? I heardthat in the incredible a playset you are out to stop Syndrome so can I stop Syndrome as Syndrome? I know Pixar has been really involved in the playset mode keeping character true to their world so I was just wondering how playing as a villain in playset mode will work.

From my understanding the game's storyline is the same and it would be Syndrome fighting Syndrome.
