I like that hub idea that would help solve the maxed out problem. Good thinking there pjhaan.

With 3.0 so close I'm thinking I'll update it after that to see if the meter is any better and also add the 3.0 discs

I am starting to work on this idea again. I am starting with the built in Terrains and Skydomes for 2.0.

Here is what I have so far:

The Incredibles: Metroville
Cars: Radiator springs - Starts with the storm then changes to regular once you hit a button.
Atlantis: The lost empire
Big Hero 6: San Fransokyo
Wreck-it-Ralph: Nicelanders
Pixie hollow: Tink's Treasure

Monsters University
Pirates of the Carribean: Buried Treasure
Guardians of the Galaxy: The Kiln - Does not appear to have a sky dome
Brave: World O' the Wisps - Does not appear to have a sky dome
Jungle Book: King Louie's Ruins
Dragon's Domain - Does not appear to have a sound track

I have a template set up (photoshop) and made everything in the template a favorite so I can whip one set out in roughly 15 minutes. There is a text creator and a sky changer hooked to a massive trigger area for each Island.

I have them set up in rows of 6 so right now, I have two rows: Link to Large image on MiiVerse

Once I am done with the regular 2.0 terrains/sky domes, I will work on a version for 1.0 Power Discs. I don't have a lot of the 2.0 Power Discs because Toys 'R Us hasn't had the crazy sales on power discs yet  Finally, I will switch to 1.0 and do the terrains that didn't make it over to 2.0.

Any suggestions or terrain I may have missed? I tried to keep it to a minimum but still let you see how everything would look.

Items on my template:
TERRAIN
T1. Right Top Canyon Wall
T2. 3-Way Sewer with Ladder
T3. Underground Pipe End
T4. Climbing Ledge Wall
T5. Mountain Tunnel
T6. Cave Waterfall

RACE TRACK
R1. Race Track Split
R2. Race Track Intersection
R3. Sewer Manhole

PLANTS
P1. Fantasy Terrain Corner 1
P2. Fantasy Terrain Corner 2
P3. Fantasy Terrain Strip 1
P4. Fantasy Terrain Strip 2
P5. Fantasy Terrain 1
P6. Fantasy Terrain 2
P7. Fantasy Terrain 3
P8. Fantasy Terrain 4
P9. Fantasy Terrain 5

I tried the original one but didn't know if he finished the "Hub" version. I asked a while ago but there was no reply :) Is that on your account or his?

Edit: it will be a good reason to play around with linked boxes. I haven't done that before where the linked level mattered...

I think I finished all of the built in terrains on 2.0 last night and am very happy with the layout. I need to double check if I missed anything...I came up with 21 areas. I am going to use this box as a playground for some experimenting.

First, there is a teleporter area that will take you from the initial area to the individual themes. This isn't really an experiment...just an exercise in patience to make sure I place them in the proper order so they link to the correct area. Each teleporter sits on a 3x3 square of the specific terrain with 1 themed plant directly in front of is.

My next experiment will be with making it a ride. I want to turn it into a ride that will give you a slow visual tour of the terrains, trees and tracks. I have never done any of those mechanics before.

Finally, I will use toy box doors for the first time to link to the other toy boxes. I plan on creating a box for 1.0 terrains and another for 2.0 Power Disc based terrains. I am sorely lacking in the 2.0 power disc department though...

When I submit it, it will be called AT/V Guide (AT/V = All Terrains/Visuals).

Ah right no it's not a hub we did them all in 1 toybox (I don't like toybox doors as I hate loading times lol)
