Magic Band and Cruise Line Band Unlock Help Requests for 3.0

Ok so i know why it is rare right now to actually get a Cruise line Magic Band... it can only be gotten on the disney cruise ships And when departure of passengers who got one, have to return them to the crew later or if they don't then they have to have a Charge added to their accounts... thus making them a hard to get band to use in 3.0. TO ACTUALLY GET ONE however, you need to go to ebay or other selling sites. right now there is a magic band Cruise line one for bid at 99 cents. no one has bid on it yet as it has been used and can not be linked to an account at all due to that. but i don't know if it can unlock the 3.0 stuff since it is a 2014 band.

I am using a 2014 band and it is unlocking for everyone that invites me to their toy box.

Tried unlocking for two people so far with the 2013 Oceaneer Band and haven't had any success (other than unlocking for my own Toy Box). Haven't heard anyone comment on unlocking for others with the 2014 and 2015 bands yet.

ok so if the 2014 cruiseline band works... there is one for sale on ebay right now for 99 cents! bid type though...
