Disney Infinity 3.0 - Won't Start, PC

Hi,

I've got Disney Infinity installed on two PCs, one is my desktop PC the other is a Surface Pro 3. Both are running the same version of Windows 10. On my Surface it runs fine, but on my desktop PC after the initial logo screens everything just goes black and the game never starts.

Any ideas?
