There are no Actions, which you could set in. You have to use other toys to "fake" your effects. I would use the target from the rails (which is normally used to Change the direction of rails). I would do it like this:
Levelstarter => Activate Target
Target=> when hit => Input logicgate
Logicgate Output => time delayer start
Logicgate Output => what ever you want to happen
time delayer times up => deactivate the aim
I used this method to get a stardestroyer "destroyed"
The timedelayer is very important for this, because the target can get hit multiple times and Triggers everytime your effect again, if ist not deactivated. I tried it also without an delayer and only with the logicgate, but this did not work in my toybox.
