Battleground playset question

PS4 is what im playing on,Im thinking about picking it up on the Xbox one too since it's on sale at target right now.$29.99,just to see if they stay unlocked.

They don't stay unlocked on Xbox One.

Too be specific. On Xbox One, they stay unlocked match to match, but if I quit the game or turn off my system and come back, you need to put them back on the base again. Same or different on PS4?

^I'm on PS4 and it's the same for me.

They reset every time the console power cycles, that way people can't buy figures, scan them in, and return them to the store.

Correction to the above, I put my PS4 on sleep mode which left them unlocked. When I powered down they were locked again.
