Playable Npcs

When I watch toybox tv. in some toy boxes people can play as Npcs or Town people. I was wondering how.

I'm gonna assume you mean some of the Toy Boxes designed by @semerien where he uses some crafty logic to give you the ability to move townspeople around on screen.

That's what i am talking about Mighty Gitis and can i also use actors from playsets
