Future Marvel Playsets

Do you guys think that in the future marvel playsets we will be able to use all marvel characters like in battlegrounds or like in the star wars playsets where all can be unlocked? Or do you think this all marvel characters available will be for battlegrounds only? I ask because battlegrounds was a letdown for me, as a playset, but the new characters are awesome, and it will be good to have a traditional open world playset to use them in the future.

So, what do you guys think?
