Battlegrounds language and gameplay packs issues -360

My son got Battlegrounds today but everytime we play it we have to download the language pack and the game play packs. Is there a solution to this? It sorta gets old having to download them everytime since he doesn't have an cboxlive account. Thanks.

Had the same problem as well. Here's the "fix" that we ended up having to do. Whatever Xbox Live profile you used to download the Language pack - you'll need to use when you first start Infinity. Once your at the Main Infinity Screen - you can log out of that profile (if you want) and login to whatever other profile you want to use. Hopefully that works for you as well.
