Where's my Toy Box?

About a week ago I submitted a Toy Box to Disney. I know it must have been approved, because I got a message in my inbox saying someone downloaded it. However, I can't find it anywhere. It's not on the site, nor can I find it by searching my name or the Toy Box name in the game. I've seen where other people have linked their own Toy Boxes in this forum, so where can I find mine?

The same happened to me I viewed my profile on the website and it shows no toybox's I constantly get messages saying it's downloaded yet a search shows no results as well

Yes pjhaan, tjredeemer is also my Disney id, and the name of the toy box in question is YODA SIMULATOR 2016 (yes, it is in all caps).

Hmmm...only found your one box (not yoda). The problem with common words is it will only show the top 50. So Yoda and Simulator are common and probably have more than 50 records. I did this from my phone though. May be a console search would work. I would contact the support team.
