Disney Infinity Fans

I'm thinking about buying Infinity 2 & 3 for the Xbox One even though I already have them on PS4. If I already have my figures leveled up in PS4 will they stay where they are in Xbox One or be reset to 0?

So: Are the figures playable/interchangeable on BOTH Xbox One AND PS4 at the same time?

Yes they will, you just need to share ownership.

Can you go back and forth between systems as often as you want, or only once?

Anytime you want. I have two consoles and do it all the time.
