Can i get Toyboxes from different Consoles?

Hey everyone! Is ist possible for me with a PS4 to download some Toyboxes from Wii U or Xbox consoles? And if yes, how can i do that?
Im registered @ Disney Infinity and it Shows me some Boxes, if i take a look @ other Players profiles, but how do i get those on my Ps4?

On the official site? You can search for players toyboxes using their names and when you see their profile it should show their toyboxes and press them and they will download to your console when you're on again

Did i unterstand it correct? I logg me in @ my pc and press "download". After that, when i start the game on my ps4, it will automaticly download the toybox?

Haven't tried in a while but yes as long as it's the same Disney id it will automatically download when you boot the game up again
