What is the difference between the Xbox 360 and XBox One versions of each rendition of Disney Infinity?

I've heard about the Endor Forest in DI 3.0 but was there a significant difference in the previous two versions?

With Disney Infinity having its online facilities being phased out I've been wondering about upgrading to an Xbox One S but was wondering just how different it actually was?

Care to answer my query?

Improved graphic rendering and more memory to handle bigger toy box builds are the main console differences. Also, Infinity 1.0 is not available for the next gen consoles.

So it was Disney Infinity 2.0 as far as the Xbox One is concerned is its first use of Disney Infinity?
