Toy Help

Hey guys! I'm new here so I'm really sorry if this is in the wrong spot! But ever since i played the Tron VS Sugar Rush DLC I've been trying to figure out how to get Vanellope's car! I went to the Toy Vault and shuffled it for probably twenty minutes straight searching for various toys and it didn't pop up once! So i was wondering if anyone knows if it is actually in the Vault, or if it's not available right now, or pretty much just how i can get it? hahaha Any feedback would be amazing! Thanks!

Either her cart is a Power Disc that show up in Wave 2 or you get it when you put Vanepolle Von Schweetz's figure on the Infinity Base.
