Disney Infinity Fans

I haven't been able to unlock the terrifying two wheeler bike, but I have beat all missions and challenges in the game and got all of the flags - I read somewhere that this could be a glitch - does anyone know a way to fix this? I am playing on a Wii U - thanks for the help!
