Toy Box Audio Glitch on PS3

Just purchased Infinity for PS3 on Tuesday and it is working well except the sound in the Toy Box doesn't always want to load up. The guide voice, the sound in build mode and when my character is hit by a villain sounds work but no character voices or music. I started a new ToyBox and it worked fine last night but I am concerned the error might happen again with this one.

Also one minor issue is in spark mode, it won't let us select certain items like track pieces or the enemy creator that accidentally got placed in the sky, to move them or delete them.
