Unable to Open Packs and Tools...

I'm hoping someone here can help me figure this out. For some reason, I am unable to open up my Packs and Tools during the Interiors Tutorial. Every time I press L1, nothing happens. At first I thought it was my controller, so I tried my other one and still no go. I'm playing on the PS4. This is really frustrating as I can't open up any menu or even return to the Tutorial Toy Box. I don't want to have to restart the entire tutorial... Someone please help me!

EDIT: Fixed the problem. Just needed to restart my PS4. Didn't lose any progress thankfully. This can be closed.
