You do know anyone can turn invisible in the toy box. In the toy box combat trailer it shows mr incredible turning invisible when he does a ground pound and I'm pretty sure I've seen a gameplay video of the toy box and bar bossa turned invisible too!

i think that's because they were switching out characters. when you take the character off the reader they go invisible until the next one is placed

I think I'm going to buy Violet. Firstly because I'm not that huge fan of randy, then because Violet is one of my favorites in The Incredibles. Also, she's got her force field thingy going on and that's really cool too!
