I have Mike Wazowski and the starter pack for Xbox, I was wondering if I should get Randy so I can finish the MU playset 100 percent and unlock the vault for MU. I'm a big fan of the Monsters films, should I get Randy or wait for Toy Story/Gravity Falls?

Yes, you should get Randy....or better yet, get the Villains 3 Pack ( Randy, Syndrome, and Davy Jones).

There's a lot of debate about whether Toy Story will be released at launch or in October. I'm hoping we'll find out at D23, or maybe there'll be a flyer or something included with the Starter Pack that advertises the next wave and their release dates. Once we do know when the Toy Story figures are coming out, maybe it'll be easier for you to decide. Either they come out straight away, so you can pick between them and Randy, or they'll come out later and you can choose whether you want to wait that length of time, or if you want to get Randy and start saving for the Toy Story release date.

I didn't actually realise there was a vault for each playset. Has this been confirmed anywhere? I thought it was just something they'd included with The Incredibles, since they have the most figures. It'd be very cool if it was something that featured across all the playsets.

The wait for the two players tht you mentioned could come out within months, it would be good to get Randall now because you'll have that 13 dollars later.

I've decided to get the Villain pack because I only need 7 bucks and 50 cents to pre-order the pack and The Lone Ranger set, implying that my little brother pays half of it, which he promised to do if I share it with him.
