I personally preordered for the figure and the power disc pack. It takes some of the sting out of the $75 price tag.

I would personally pre-order, because of the free figure and power disc pack, and also because of the fact that if it sells out, you know you'll get it before that.

I Pre-Ordered at my Gamestop and I get a free Character (Which you can also Pre-Order) and a Power Disc Pack. Along with that, You get the Assurance to get it and not have to wait for a restock. My Gamestop said that they think they'll be sold out on launch day so I Pre-Ordered.

It is their job to tell you they will sell out on launch day. They want you to preorder for the sales, but I can assure you, under no circumstance will DI sell out during its launch period unless it somehow gains that much steam right before Christmas. I am very excited for this game, and I think it will be very good, but come on guys lets be realistic. This isn't COD, or GTA, it's audience isn't nearly as large as those other games and a 74.99$ price tag is a bit steep for a non-holiday game centered around kids who are about to go back to school. Now if launch was closer to November when parents start shopping for Christmas, that might be a different story, but not in August.

I've never seen any game that wasn't stocked horribly in the first place, run out. I pre-order as a checklist of games to pick up, I could care less about stock, and I seriously doubt that we will see a lack of Starter Packs. Toys might be a different story if the game's popularity is as high as it seems, but we still have no clue how many they'll send out. Just decide wether you like the pre-order bonuses enough... But Mike comes in a triple anyway that could be better to pick up later.

I agree. I preorder everything lol. I don't think you are in danger if all you want is the starter pack. But if you want a specific character I would preorder it just to know I have my hands on it.

I've only pre ordered the Starter pack because it was at such a good price. Unless it's a good deal I would just go to the shops and buy them on launch day.
