Should I move to Xbox One for 3.0 ?

I would say get it for Xbox One if you have both consoles. The higher specs of the Xbox One meant that you had more RAM to build levels in for 2.0, and it may be beneficial in other ways we're not yet aware of for 3.0. Unless they announce some awesome Gamepad features, I'd say it's a no brainer.
