Debating between Wii U and Xbox 360

Now I have a 360, been using it for years. But I also just got a Wii U and would like to start building a library for that console. However, I know that the Wii U version of the game does not support the pro controller and requires you to use the gamepad. Does this impede gameplay? and does multiplayer work with a standard wii mote?

Basically I want to get this for Wii U, but if it is seriously inferior I will get it for 360 instead.

In was in the same boat earlier in the week. Finally decide on Wii U version and love it. Being able to have my mission log displayed on my gamepad and quickly switch which one I'm tracking is great.

Also seeing all the options in it for the toyboxmode is great. Graphics are very nice and couldn't be happier. Also the Miiverse really adds a lot to the player interaction that the other systems lack since you can easily make new friends on the miiverse.

I am still trying to decide between those 2 versions also. Only difference is here in the UK the only place that gives u a free character with pre-order of starter pack don't sell the Wii u version.

So do I get Xbox version for free character and the achievements.

Or Wii U version for the extra gamepad functionality.

Get the Wii U. That's what I did. I actually bought the Wii U for Infinity.

Way I looked at it is that I will upgrade my Xbox and ps3 but the Wii U is the current upgrade. I'd like to keep the game and not have to worry about backwards compatibility.

I'd go with Wii U. Using the playsets has an advantage, in that you can easily bring up your missions, and you can easily toggle between your weapons and commands.

I love it on the Wii U, and I have been a series X-box user for years.

The gamepad is perfect for the game. My only complaint is that they don't have it compatible (yet) with two gamepads because I would get an extra one just for this game have it would be the best way to play with a friend.

If you're fine going solo and don't want glitches, go for Wii U.

If you're like co-op and just simply love the Xbox 360, go for Xbox 360.

I can't really speak too much though cause I only have my PS3 and my Wii. I'd let yourself decide though because it's your choice. ;)

I say pretty much the Wii U.

1. You will be able to check the missions out while you're doing the playsets on the gamepad.
2. Can change gadgets and commands on the directional pad.

There are other things that is pretty good when playing DI on the Wii U but I'm pretty sure you will know what to do when you start playing it. :)
