*EDIT* Dash or Mater?

In my opinion, Mater, but if you choose Dash, you'll have the option to use him in a playset from the get-go (unless you've pre-ordered the Cars Playset)

Although I love Mater I would get Dash because you are closer to unlocking the vault in the toy box and because his fast combat looks cool

I'll probably go with Violet for my little girl.

Dash because of the vault thing and the fact they you don't need the cars play set
