Rarity of Mrs. Incredible and Syndrome

So I started out with Infinity a bit late (Just around when 2.0 got announced) and I'm trying to finish off my 1.0 collection, but I'm having a lot of trouble getting a hold of these guys. I can't find them at ANY store, and the prices online are ridiculous. I've been checking the racks of used figures at Gamestop and still no luck, although I was able to find a Violet and a Francesco, who both also seem to be pretty hard to find. The only time I've seen Mrs. Incredible in person is at my Walmart, where they have a bunch of the sidekick three packs...but I already have one of the figures in there (Mike) so it seems like it would be a waste. Syndrome I've never even seen. Do you guys have any tips on where I can maybe find them, and are these guys actually rare or is the stock in my area just really bad?

Syndrome and Randall are very scarce.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I also found a used Randall at Gamestop! I guess there's a good place to keep checking.

yeh i realized the incredible figures are getting hard to find. I bet ya when 3.0 comes out well be sayin so long to iron fist and hawkeye and drax and probably some originals.

I feel like Baymax & Hiro are getting a little scarce also.
