I was clicking on a listing for Dory, Nemo, Mad Hatter, Alice, or Time ON MicrosoftStore.com, and it redirected me to the landing page, not their individual product pages. Couldn't actually get to a page where I could add any of them to my cart. Microsoft.com has nothing to do with this.
Regardless, sale is over and now I can click on them. :/
