All Exclusive TRU Packs will include Mikes Car?

I believe you can return items purchased online into the store too FYI from what I saw on toysrus.com

Wow, thats kind of dissappointing. And I guess it also means that these exclusives will most likely not come out in later sets

I'm actually very happy that there will only be one released at this point. That way I don't feel the need to purchase as many of the blind disc packs and can put the money towards the TRU exclusive Lightning and possibly other figures.

I am going to keep my 5 packs because I will have some Mikes Car I can trade to others who want it and I hate not knowing what the other 5 discs are that aren't the exclusive Mikes Car.

Are all the packs at tru exclusive or do they the exclusive gold packs and the regular packs as well? Or arethey only carrying the exclusives?
