Promotion of infinity in the UK.

Disney infinity doesn't seem to be getting as much publicity over here in the UK as it is in the USA. Finally advertisements seem to be hotting up and the ball is rolling. What experiences have you had with infinity promotion?

I was walking in ASDA getting some shopping and over the in store radio I heard....

"The long awaited disney infinity is launching the 23rd of August..... Per order your copy in store today......"

I was pleasantly surprised at the little announcement

were there actually any posters or pre-order cards etc. ?

Tesco (In a city near by where I live) had a Disney Infinity stand with per-order cards with the text "Play your way. Create. Fight. Race. Team Up. 23rd August - Infinity begins". It also had new images of the toy box as well.

There was no stand sorts terms just the radio promotion.

GAME seems to be promoting it via twitter all the time and bogging the game up. And they play tested it a week or so ago and had pictures on twitter they seemed to love it and we're pleasantly surprised.

Checked out my Tesco. Not much, just one free standing unit, with DVD cases with "home printed" inserts, one for each format, next to it was the same thing for Skylanders swap force.
Not much to get excited over really.

Has someone tried the Disney Store again? Maybe they now know what Infinity is!

^people have asked in the disney store and they didn't know what infinity was and had no clue. Which is bad.
