Unfortunately it looks like both Toy Story and P&F are later releases. The Phineas and Perry figures were hand-painted prototypes, not mass-produced figures like the various launch figures that have been given away at events, which is what makes them such a rare prize. They're expected to be available to the public in wave 2. Although Toy Story was shown in that menu screen, it doesn't necessarily mean the playset will be released at launch, just that it will at some point be released, and the theory at the moment is that Toy Story will likely be released around October, along with Jack Skellington. Don't worry about them not being out at launch though, it gives you something new to look forward to once you've played with all the launch figures and it seems highly likely that we'll have both P&F and Toy Story by the end of the year.
Ooooh, those Avalanche boys like to keep us guessing, don't they? Maybe those four standalones we've been expecting (Rapunzel, Mickey, Ralph and Vanellope) will be released
between launch and the second wave of playsets. So if wave 2 comes in October, maybe we'll get some standalones in September to tide us over. I don't know, at this point I wouldn't be surprised by anything!
