Very excited about the two new contests where you have a chance to showcase your Marvel or Star Wars Toy Box Game AT THE DISNEY PARKS! Have been hoping they'd try that before 1.0 even released 8-). Best of luck to all contestants. Can hardly wait to see what the Toy Box Master Artists create!

...now we just need the Disney Infinity Team to negotiate with a few Imagineers to create a Toy Box Hour-of-Code Attraction at all of the Innoventions locations. Tomorrowland is looking for Dreamers ;).

TOY BOX GUIDELINES

We’re looking for quick pick-up and play Toy Box experiences for all ages. Here are a few guidelines to make sure that Disney Parks guests have the best experience possible playing your Toy Box:

Level of Difficulty: Easy so anybody could pick up and play and have some fun even if it’s their first time playing Disney Infinity.

Length: 3 to 5 minutes to give Disney Parks guests a complete experience while giving as many Disney Parks guests as possible a chance to experience it as well.

Clearly state the goal at the beginning of the Toy Box so players know what their mission is!

Include a quick tutorial at the beginning of the Toy Box to help players understand how to play.

Challenge should be timed so that somebody doesn’t walk away mid-challenge leaving the next player confused as what to do.

Make it replayable by setting it up so that the Toy Box doesn’t need to be reloaded from menus to start the challenge over.

Save as a Toy Box Game to prevent further editing by players.

All boxes are due by midnight, Pacific time, on February 29, 2016.

Thanks! If anyone has a link, I'd like to see it, but I just watched the three most recent eps and it wasn't in those.

Were there any other details? Dates?

It was in this weeks episode with sadness.

I can't see YouTube on the forums on my phone so I won't know if this works...

I think the hardest part of these is the tutorial requirement. How do you know what control instructions to give if you don't know what system they'll be on?

I don't think you need to give specific button presses. My instructions will be basic since I am doing a music box.

I have a Star Wars toy box I'm going to submit for this challenge. Does anyone have any tips on how to "encourage" players to restart the challenge? Is there a way to automate the challenge maker? TIA!!!
