I'm not usually one to take advantage of exploits like this, but in this case I'm all about it! Thanks for posting. Especially being that they locked away all the basic tools into the vault ;/

Is there anyway I can reset the capsules I think I've found them all

^You can only reset one on that island and its where the 2nd teleporter is. I was looking quite a bit when i saw a video guide of this on youtube too.

I got my unlocks car spinning, but I would imagine you could just put an active checkpoint on that capsule so you just have to keep logging into the map and not move at all, once you have checkpoint unlocked.
