He's trying to start a Gamertag exchange thread for people on XB1 to play multiplayer online together, just changed out the word exchange for trade. Unfortunately that isn't allowed on this site according to the rules, as the only method of exchanging them is to add it to your profile hope someone adds you and/or pm them. Still a terrible, tedious, and slow method in my opinion, but rules are rules.
