^Try restoring purchases. It locks my figures pretty much every time I play it and when I restore purchases it unlocks them again.

QQ. I picked up Judy and Nick today along with the power disk pack and also the Iron Man skydome (second hand). Having used them on my PS4 I went to register the characters for my digital copy. Long story short it wouldn't let me enter them as it said I have them. When I checked my iPad all my new content was available to me including the characters and the sky domes. Have they started allowing content to be unlocked from the various systems and used with your online accounts??? Great news if so!!

Tried The Good Dinosaur power disks and they are now unlocked on my iPad too! Big Yay!!!
