This could make for a great looking playset! I'm assuming the figures will be based on the live-action characters in the forthcoming "Alice Through the Looking Glass", and I hope it's a playset and not just another clutch of Toybox-only characters.

I would hope they take a similar route with these as they have with Baloo, figures taking the classic route. The playset can still be based of the new movie, then when we're long done with 3.0, the figures won't age as badly. The classic animated movies are the timeless ones, I feel the Maleficent figure suffers for this reason, it will be interesting to see which way they go.

Two words of this essentially confirm that these are the Burton versions: "and Time".

For those who don't know, Time is the villain of the new movie, played by Sacha Baron Cohen.

Yes! I don't if it's the classic versions or live action but I'd rather classic for others that do want classics.

JV said, when the character poll first appeared, that if they did Alice it could be based on the live action version and that wouldn't be a problem for fans because of the "Infinity Style".

It's funny that we now have 8 leaked characters, some leaked and/or hinted months ago, and still no official announcement.

So, we can talk about it, cool.

Hopefully, they'll add some costume change discs for the original versions. They are still due to do that for Maleficent.

It's kind of sad/frustrating that DI has "officially" been silent for months now about anything, any the only news we get these days all come solely from leaks. No screenshots, videos, character reveals.... Disney needs to take a clue from Frozen and "Let It Go" on the whole continued secrecy thing because it clearly isn't working in their favor.
