Mysterious character revealed in Hall of Heroes glitch

My son was playing today after the big new update. As he was checking out the addition to the Hall of Heroes (where there is a pedestal for Baloo, but no other characters, yet), he noticed another statue appear as a glitch.

I grabbed a shot of it with my phone. Apologies for the moire, but I didn't have a good way to screen-grab the image from our PS3.

Our best guess is that this is Time from Alice: Through the Looking Glass, but based on the leaked images earlier today, the shoulders don't seem quite right. Ideas?

It's definitely Mad Hatter. The proportions are basically the same as the Character Portrait that was patched in.

Just updated the Wii U version and the same thing happened to me, except it was the Alice statue, it disappeared when i got close to it, but it was two spots to the right of baloo.

How did it appear? Just randomly?

^ it was there on first load, hovering as no pedestal was there, just randomly disappeared as I got to the new section entrance. Tried to get it to appear again but no joy so far.
