PC Support Dropped

Well this is unfortunate news to anyone who played primarily on PC. It's not exactly a surprise though, considering what a mess 3.0 on PC has been so far... What happened? :C

Well, aside from the porting issues with how borderline-unplayably slow it ran, 3.0 has been a point of contention with its free-to-play system, which I heard caused a huge amount of controversy when the PC version first launched. That tainted its reputation by the looks of it (people are still giving bad reviews about it (and the gameplay issues) on Steam), so I guess the developers just decided to can it.

On the bright side though, with how they worded it, maybe they're working on the issues and will release a much better and more satisfying version if the game at a later date. Or I could just be being optimistic, but hey, it's a thought.

Hopefully they aren't dropping mobile support too.

Hopefully this translates to more support on the console versions, but I doubt it.

Personally I feel the game being on so many platforms has caused quality issues, the big bug with PC is the "toy" aspect was lost and wasn't a straight up console version... Had it been the iPad version instead, it might not have been seen as bad...

Official confirmations of dropping support for a platform made on Twitter. Very professional. What's next? Character announcements made on the back of cheap food?

Kind of surprised that they dropped it "at this time", honestly. PC 3.0 had issues, but to drop it midway through 3.0's lifespan instead of cutting it off at 4.0 just seems to be a mood made to infuriate people.

They do all these great things with this game, but make some pretty ridiculous blunders.

Remember, they are still discussing the future of it. So let's not say it's dropped right away, if there is no news in one month, i think it's gonna be dropped.
