Disney Infinity Fans

We came late to INFINITY, just a few months before 3.0. It stings even more.

But the kids and I are trying to complete our collection, and I wondered if anyone can help out with our missing power discs? I thought the 'Community' could be more help than bloodsuckers like CEX and Ebay.

I'm not asking for freebies, but we don't have swaps and would just like some help and some 'realistic' prices for kids pocket money...

Some of those are pretty rare in the uk mate, don't think I have any but I'll have a look. We didn't get captain marvel and ultimate falcon here, I got mine imported

I do have 2, Philippe Horse Mount and Simba's Pridelands Terrain.
So, how you gonna do this, coz you live in the UK and i in the Netherlands?

Yes sadly by the time we'd discovered INFINITY they weren't selling blind bags anymore. So we just starting buying from CEX. Obviously we went for £1.50 and under, and have ended up missing all the 'rarer' ones, because we didn't have that random chance to 'get lucky'. ( Or a fiver to spend on a 'lucky dime' ) It always just made more sense to spend that fiver on a new figure, rather than a power disc. They're all so similar too, with BOLT'S SUPER STRENGTH very much like ZURG'S WRATH, and the TRON/CHROME Combo like MERLIN'S SUMMON. They were never 'Essential'.

Luck, time and patience is what's required I think.

Some stores (Argos included) had the blind bags for about 50p at one stage, not sure if it's still the same. But as it's cancelled finding swaps will be the hard part unfortunately. Check amazon USA for marvel and falcon disc pack and the rare packs, as long as your order is under £20 (not inc postage) you won't pay customs

Thanks for the advice - I think I need 37 having done a quick count up. I think i'll try to get the BATTLEGROUNDS 4 pack first, That seems the most economical place to start.

There are a few on my list that are only 50p or a £1, It's the ones that are a fiver or more that are the sticking point.

Can someone just clarify for me that these are all the different blind-bags for 1.0 and 2.0. I just want to make sure I'm trying the get the right thing. 2 other things: When did they stop making the 'rare's that you could feel through the packet, and which ones where they? And looking at my list of 'needs' would you agree my best odds are with '2.0 Originals'.

They stopped making the lenticulars in 2.0 I think. So you could only feel the rates from 1.0 packets. Game had the tron disc rates here. Not sure who had the rest but in the states you could get them on TRU or amazon for a time. Yea originals is your best bet from your list

OK I managed to pick up 4 of my missing discs from CEX today:

Spidey Sky £1. Starlord's Galaxy ( Terrain ) £1. Eglantine's Motorcycle £1. and Starck Tech Iron man Terrain £1.50.

So that's 30 disc 'needs' now, and 6 figures. Getting there...

Managed to get Darkhawk blast, Nova Corps strike, Cosmic cube blast, World war Hulk ( Terrain ) and Phillipe the horse. CEX mucked up the other 2 I ordered - 25 to go... And NEMO should be arriving today or tomorrow. He cost less than a fiver with free postage from GAMESEEK.com
