It's an interesting comparison. Having handled both Skylanders and Infinity figures at the same time, based on the paint style, weight and detail, the biggest difference I think you'll notice is Skylanders pieces feel like toys, whereas Infinity pieces feel like collectible figures. Is this good or bad for either? Who's to say, guess it just depends on your preference.

Yeah, I have mentioned before that I love the stylization of the infinity figures as they remind me of the Gentle Giant Animated statues.
