No Fix-It Felix?

I noticed that Felix is only a Power Disc for 20% more health.
Does that mean that Ralph and Vanellope are the only ones representing WIR?
And on top of that, there has been no mention of Calhoun or any other Hero's Duty/ Sugar Rush characters.

I wouldn't necessarily count them out yet. There's disc with Jack Skellington and Ralph on them and we are all pretty sure that they will be figures. Keep your hopes up! I hope there's a Fix-It Felix, myself. There's so many possibilities that his hammer could do.

Yeah, but there are also pieces with Jack Skellington, and Sparrow, and Buzz Lightyear. I don't think it's a sign that he won't be playable. If he isn't, then there are probably other reasons. There's Fix-It Felix ground with pixelated flowers that you can see in numerous videos, so... I think if that's unlocked by a disc it's more reason for alarm , if FIFJR and Sugar Rush get treated "separately" with Ralph and Vanellope for represent even though they're in the same movie. They can easily do that, leave the themes as disc unlockables, and not give us a playset which would probably mean no Felix. But I hope that he is playable, because he is awesome and like Cereal said, there is a lot of potential for his hammer attack.

I'm assuming for character diversity, they're only making the lead roles from each franchise and will release the secondary characters later.

I mean, Wreck-It Ralph is really the story of Ralph and Vanellope.

Felix and Calhoun are just a side plot/supporting characters.

So, they will have to wait until "second pass" when all the "sidekicks" come out.

They haven't even announced a WIR playset yet, so its difficult to speculate, if there was to be a WIR playset then Felix would have to be a playable character.

So maybe they're going to ignore that problem.

Yeah, just because a villain dies doesn't mean they won't use them. That would eliminate a vast majority of villains, and they'd be stupid to not include villains as they are some of the most popular characters.
