At first thought, I was going to go with Flash.
But then I analyzed it a bit more and realized Spiderman has the advantage.
According to the info, Peter Parker's reaction time is incredibly fast, almost instantaneous.
He's even dodged bullets, which move at the same speed as the Flash runs.
The Flash is definitely faster while running, but in a punch up melee fight, it's pretty even in terms of speed.
Also, Spiderman has a degree of superhuman strength, so he'll just wear the Flash down by punching him.
Keep in mind, the Flash is just a guy who runs fast, he's not stronger then your average everyday person in peak condition.
Which, compared to even the most moderate level of superhuman strength, is nothing.
Spiderman's leaping ability is also a factor, it's a bit hard to hit someone when they can launch themselves high into the air with one jump.
And we haven't even factored in the webbing ability yet, at close range, the Flash wouldn't be able to dodge a webbing blast and would get stuck to the ground or something else.
And given how durable the webbing is, he wouldn't be able to break it by running away.
There was a tv episode about that once, this guy in an armored suit that made him run fast got lots of Spiderman's webbing stuck to his back and anchored to the nearby buildings.
When it reached maximum tension, he was pulled off his feet and snapped back to Spiderman at the speed he'd been moving, who knew he was coming back and punched him in the face when he returned!
So Spiderman wins this round.Just out of random curiosity, I wonder if a DC superhuman will ever win one round?
So far, they haven't had much luck.
But please don't rig the contest by matching up someone who will obviously lose, that will take the fun out of it.
