Like the Superpowered Beatdowns topic, only any character from any franchise can be selected, and they aren't restricted to combat.
First Match-Up (Area: Intelligence)
Doctor Sheldon Cooper ("The Big Bang Theory", Warner Bros.) vs. Jumba ("Lilo & Stitch", Disney)

Well, that's a very short and one-sided contest.

While brilliant as a human, he's still limited by our state of technology advancement.

Whereas Jumba comes from a civilization thousands of years ahead of that and he's regarded as a genius (if not the most preminent genius!) by those standards.
Which means he's so far above Sheldon, it would like be comparing a 2 year old gluing macroni on tin cans to a nuclear physicist.

Jumba wins.

Alright, that was an easy one.
Second match (Area: Strength)
Wreck-It Ralph ("Wreck-It Ralph", Disney) vs. Mr. Incredible ("The Incredibles", Disney-Pixar)

If I'm allowed to vote, I would say Ralph is stronger, because he is able to pick up bricks with only his forefinger and thumb, and can destroy what is presumably the only material in the Sugar Rush world that cannot be destroyed (The Jawbreakers).

Ralph, he can destroy entire buildings within a matter of seconds.

Mr Incredible, however, can kill people and destroy obstacles and buildings in seconds using his super strength!

That doesn't mean Ralph can't.

Considering Ralph can break things others can't,
Ralph Wins!
Even though Mr. Incredible has super strength, he probably isn't as powerful as Ralph considering how easily defeatable he can be when not with the rest of the family.

3rd match-up (Racing skills)

Lightning McQueen (Cars) vs Vanellope von Schweetz (Wreck-It Ralph)

Vanellope probably has the better racing skills because Sugar Rush racing tracks have insane stuff that is unheard of in the cars universe and getting your car over the finish line is already an achievement there.
Also the ability to glitch past obstacles is game breaking even though the movie doesn't quite explain to which extend glitching is possible.

Lets just say that it depends on what kind of race the two are racing.
If its all sugary crazy then Vanellope clearly has the advantage.
But if its just a cars track then Lightning has the overall better engine, performance and power..

Oh what am I talking about! Vanellope attended too late at the race and caught up to everyone without any problems. She clearly has the fastest car in the game or every other Character has terrible driving skills including King Candy.

So yeah.. doesn't look well for Lightning there.
