The only thing you can transfer is the figure character level.
You will also get a small number of automatic unlocks linked to placing the figure on the base, but that's it.

Everything else from 1.0 will not transfer to 2.0 if you unlock it in the original version.
You're essentially starting from scratch with a brand new empty Vault.

However, everything you unlocked is present in 2.0 and it's easier to unlock this time.
Instead of Spinning or unlocking via playing the crystal, you just earn sparks and purchase the 1.0 unlocks in the Vault.

This is what I recommend you do with 1.0.
When you've unlocked all the 1.0 Vault items in 2.0, go back to 1.0, upload your saved toy boxes to the Cloud storage, then return to 2.0 and download them back to your game.
Once this is done, you'll never need to play 1.0 again, unless you really want to go through the playsets again, as you can't use the playset pieces from 1.0 in 2.0.

When in the 2.0 Toy Box, you can place the 1.0 Playsets on your base. You will get a message saying that it can't be played on 2.0, but you will also get an Unlock message box saying that, ie, The Incredibles toys have been unlocked in the Toy Store.

So basically, unless you want to enjoy 1.0 and unlock things for fun, you can get everything in 2.0 anyway.
